days to July 31
Why tonight matters: the Shopee/Lazada payday sale runs 25–30 Jul (best vouchers die in 24h) · Abenson does same-day delivery in QC · fiber internet is a 2–4 week install no matter when you order — so order it today · and the crew is waiting on the fridge answer to frame the opening.
Decide these six, everything else follows
Each one is either blocking someone, gating money, or impossible to judge online. The rest of the board is just execution.
Today — blocks the crew
1 · Fridge size → framing dims
Recommendation: 10.4–11.5 cu ft two-door inverter (~₱28k). Frame the opening 85 W × 200 H × 75 D cm clear — fits this fridge now and a French-door upgrade later. Viber block for Omar is below, ready to send.
Today — ₱43,500 rides on it
2 · Test the existing master AC
Have Omar run it this weekend. Works → skip the new unit for now. Dead → buy 2.0HP inverter Sunday (the merged room is 26.4 m²; the old unit was sized for half that, so even alive it may struggle — but alive is good enough for August).
Today — longest lead time
3 · Order the fiber line
Converge/PLDT, ₱1,500–1,700/mo. 2–4 weeks to install — every day unordered is a day past move-in (already on your task list). The LTE router on this board is the bridge.
Sunday — try before buying
4 · Mattress + bed, in person
The one purchase you cannot do online. Uratex corner at Our Home/SM — lie down, both of you. King (76×80"). Floor-stock frames only; made-to-order misses the 31st.
Sunday — her call
5 · Baby sleeping setup
Bedside co-sleeper (Chicco Next2Me class, ~₱12k) vs wooden crib + Uratex crib foam (~₱8k). See them in person Sunday. Dedicated baby monitor either way — the Master List E-rule: not a CCTV cam in the nursery.
This week — or stage it
6 · Sofa & dining: now or August?
Buying now means floor stock only. If nothing in-stock feels right Sunday, don't settle — take the ₱2k bridge (monobloc + floor cushions) and order the one you actually want in August. The bedrooms and kitchen are what make the 31st real; the sala can lag.

The six days
Built around delivery lead times: big whites need 1–3 days to land, the payday sale peaks tonight, and smoke alarms can only go up once the dust is done.
Sat · Jul 25 — tonight
Decide + order the long leads
Walk this board together, lock the choices
Send Omar the two Viber blocks below (fridge dims + tests)
Order the fiber line (C7) — the clock starts today
Water station near Centerville: gallon deposits ×2 + delivery schedule
Confirm tomorrow's deliveries by call
Tue · Jul 28 — landing day
Deliveries + assembly
Receive fridge (let it stand 4–6h before plugging in), washer, mattress, frame
Assemble bed; first load of laundry = all new linens
AC + water heater install if booked
Someone home all day — you or Omar
Wed · Jul 29 — make it a house
Setup day
Curtains up (master blackout first)
Kitchen setup; test induction on the A5 counter circuit
Sanitize dispenser, first water delivery
Baby corner: co-sleeper, monitor test
Thu · Jul 30 — clean + safety
After the dust settles
Deep clean post-paint (crew's last task or yours)
THEN mount smoke alarms + heat alarm (Master List D rule)
Stock pantry + bath; padlocks and duplicate keys
Safe placement if bought — title and DOAS go in it
Fri · Jul 31 — move in
First night
Bring in the bigas, asin, tubig at barya muna — pampasuwerte
First induction dinner, fans on, water flowing
Baby monitor live, blackout curtains drawn
House blessing can be any weekend in August — moving in doesn't wait for it
Viber — send tonight tap to copy, paste to Omar
Salamat!
Omar, tatlong bagay bago mag-weekend:
Magpapakabit kami Martes o Miyerkules.
Salamat!
Where things go schematic from the Polycam dims — zones, not exact walls
Master List cross-refs on the cards: A5 counter circuits · A8 aircon rough-in · A9 heater lines · A11 network cabinet · A12 blocking · C4 TV wall · D post-paint installs · E baby layer.
Deliberately not buying scope creep dies here — same spirit as Master List section F
Wardrobe/aparador — the master's mirrored closet survived the renovation. Live in it first; buy storage only if it actually overflows.
Anything LPG — you chose the induction path. No tank, no hose, no sunog worry; the trade is a ~₱5k countertop oven in August if baking becomes real.
Ceiling fans — that's the Master List A6/C2 decision (blocking is provisioned). Stand fans carry July; pick ceiling fan models on your own clock.
TV + mount — C4 (which wall?) is undecided and the blocking exists. A TV bought today mounts nothing. August, after the sala takes shape.
Robot vacuum — the split level means carrying it between levels (E-note). Spin mop first; revisit when the novelty urge survives 30 days.
Small-bedroom furniture — empty by choice until there's a real occupant.
CCTV cams 3–7, doorbell, NVR build-out — already scoped and budgeted in the Master List (B + D). Not double-counted here; only the LTE router overlaps because it is also your move-in internet.
